How long will it take to hear back?

We usually reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent on Sunday are answered on Monday.

Can you apply for a scheme for me?

No. Applications are made on the official scheme website or at your local office. We help you understand which schemes may fit and what you need.

I paid but didn’t get my score. What now?

First try Find my report: enter the email you used and we’ll send your report link again. Still stuck? Choose “Payment or refund” in the form and share the email you used. We’ll look into it and get back to you quickly.

Is Awas Score a government office?

No. Awas Score is an independent service and is not affiliated with the Government of India or any state government.
