How and when you get your Awas Score report after you pay.
The short version
- Your Awas Score report is delivered online. Nothing is shipped to you.
- It opens on your screen as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- We also email you a private link, so you can open it again any time.
- Didn’t get it? We send the link again within 1 working day.
What you get
When you pay, you get your personal Awas Score report: your score, the housing schemes we checked for your family, which rules you meet, what to work on and how to apply. It is an online report, not a printed document or a physical product. You can print it or save it as a PDF from the report page.
How your report is delivered
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, your report opens on your screen.
- We email a private link to your report to the email address you entered.
- You can open the link any time, on any phone or computer.
Anyone with the link can see your report, so please keep it private.
When you get it
Delivery is instant. Your report is ready the moment your payment is confirmed. Sometimes a bank or payment app takes a few minutes to confirm a payment. Your report opens and the email is sent as soon as it does.
If you didn’t get your report
- Check your Spam and Promotions folders for an email from Awas Score.
- Use Find my report with the email you entered when you paid. We email you the link again.
- Still nothing? Write to care@awasscore.com with your name, the email you used, the payment date and the transaction ID. We send your report link within 1 working day.
If a problem on our side means we can’t give you your report, you get a full refund. See our Refund policy.
Delivery charges
There are no delivery charges. The price shown before you pay, including taxes, is all you pay.
