The rules for using Awas Score, written as simply as we can.
The short version
- Awas Score is an independent service, not a government website.
- Your score is an estimate. It does not guarantee a house or approval.
- Please give us correct details, so your score is accurate.
- Exploring schemes is free. The full Awas Score costs ₹499.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Awas Score website and services. Awas Score is a product of DIGIVILL, based in Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Awas Score and DIGIVILL, and “you” means anyone who uses our website or services.
By using Awas Score, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
Who can use Awas Score
You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid services. If you use Awas Score for someone else, such as a family member, you must have their permission to share their details with us.
Our service
Free
You can choose your state, browse housing schemes and read our eligibility guides for free.
Paid Awas Score
For ₹499, you share your details and we give you a personal Awas Score out of 100, a scheme-by-scheme match for your family, and the rules you don’t meet yet.
We may add, change or remove parts of our service over time. We will try to give notice of any important changes.
We are not a government service
Awas Score is an independent service. We are not part of, and are not approved by, the Government of India, any state government, or any scheme office.
- We don’t apply for schemes on your behalf.
- We can’t speed up, influence or guarantee any application.
- To apply, always use the official scheme website or your local office.
What your score means
Your Awas Score is an estimate based on the details you give us and on the published rules of each scheme at that time. It is for information only.
- A high score does not mean you will get a house or any benefit.
- A low score does not always mean you can’t apply.
- Final decisions are made only by the scheme authorities, after checking your documents and other details.
- Scheme rules can change, and we can’t promise our information is always complete or up to date.
Giving us correct details
Your score depends on the information you give us. Please make sure it is true and complete. We are not responsible for a wrong score caused by wrong or missing details.
Payments
- The price of the Awas Score is shown before you pay, in Indian Rupees and including any taxes.
- Payments are handled securely by our payment partner. We don’t see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Once your payment is confirmed, your Awas Score report opens right away and we email you its link. See our Delivery policy.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with your payment or your score, please contact us. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Using Awas Score fairly
Please don’t:
- Give false details or pretend to be someone else.
- Copy, sell or reuse our content, scores or guides without our written permission.
- Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to our website.
- Use Awas Score for anything illegal, or to mislead other people about housing schemes.
We may suspend or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Our content
The Awas Score name, logo, website design, guides and scoring method belong to DIGIVILL. You may read and share links to our pages for personal use, but not copy or republish them without permission.
Ads and links to other websites
Our free articles may show ads from Google AdSense, and our pages may link to other websites, such as official scheme portals. We don’t control these websites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content. Read more in our Privacy policy.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep Awas Score accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent allowed by law:
- We are not responsible for decisions you or anyone else make based on your score.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by scheme rule changes, wrong details, or problems with other websites or services.
- If we are found responsible for any loss, the most we will pay is the amount you paid us for the Awas Score.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using Awas Score after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
